Based out of Orange County we have developed a core team of talent, investors, lenders, and contractors that working together create value in the projects we invest. We add value to the properties we purchase by performing a complete renovation before selling to the next owner for a potential profit. We often bring the home back to a like new condition so that it will serve its next owner for decades.

To date we have invested over $60M in Southern California real estate acquisitions over the last 5 years. While we aren't the biggest on the block we like to think we're one of the best.
